Gas boiler is located within the roof space. If this doesn't comply with safety standards re-positioning may be required by a CORGI registred contractor.
Roof space inadequately insulated. A quote to provide for roof insulation is needed.
There is corrosion to the soil stack. A protective cover to the top of the soil stack is needed. Poor gullies. They need to be cleaned and their condition checked. Contractor to identify the full extent of the problem.
The garage roof is thought to contain asbestos. I am interested in transforming the garage into an office, so special disposal is required. The garage is about 6m x 3m.
I am buying this property, I need these estimates within the next couple of weeks, the sooner the better.
CITY: SHEFFIELD I am looking to get the roof of my house repaired or replaced.

Height from loft floor to the top of the pitch in the roof is 2.5 meters.
The length of the house is 8.25 meters.
Width of the house is 6 meters.

The roof has a dip in it and needs to be re-pointed at the top.

The garage is approx 3.75m x 6.35m. The materials required for the new roof may be available (left by the previous owner) or may need to be provided.
