CITY: SHEFFIELD We have just moved into a new house and the front room walls need re skimming. The room is approx 12x10ft with a large window, a mantlepiece and 3 doors around it. The ceiling height is average, not high. Can someone please quote me on this as I have no idea of cost.

It is a 3 bedroom ( one bedroom in attic) House with small celler, 13X 13 ft living room 13X14 Dining kitchen, and 13X13 master bedroom as well as 8x9 small bedroom and 13x13 attic bedroom. with 9 x 3.5 of bathroom. The property has mains gas supply.
It need damp proofing , new kitchen with appliances fitting as Washing machine, dishwasher and refridgerator (integrated).
New fireplace
Completely new electrical wiring,
Double glazing of the three medium sized windows and one velux window.
new carpets ,
plastering and painting,
Some guttering work outside needs attention.
