Extension, approx 3m x 2.5m to existing kitchen.
Refit new kitchen.
Knock through from kitchen to adjoining room.
Reopen doorway.
Brick up opening between reception rooms.
Reopen and enlarge fireplace.
Remove old boiler which is housed outside and replace with combi to be fitted in kitchen.
Installation of downstairs toilet.
Some relocation/replacement of radiators.
Some electrical work- new/additional sockets around the property, light fittings etc
Knock bathroom and sparate toilet together.
Fit new bathroom, including shower unit.

CITY: SHEFFIELD We have 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 box room) that require some old lathe and plaster removing on the adjoining walls, replasterboarding (insulating) and plastering.

Main bedroom requires a new ceiling. All 3 ceilings to be skimmed.

Skirting boards and new door frames and doors in each bedroom.

Same for the landing - plasterboarding and plastering. Skirting boards and replacement banisters on the landing and stairs.

Hall and stairs skimming. Skirting and new front door and frame. Hall ceiling to be replaced.

Lounge\front room - walls to be skimmed, skirting boards and a new door and frame.

Dining room requires skirting boards and door frame and door.

All the upstairs is empty and ready to start as everything has been put into storage.

CITY: SHEFFIELD Currently a 3 bed house with a large loft which i want converting into two bedrooms and a shower room, the whole house needs re-wiring and a central heating system fitted. The whole house also needs stripping of wallpaper and carpets, plaster all the walls in li living room dining room and 3 old bedrooms. I want the fireplace opening up in the living room, a new kitchen fitting and a new bathroom and all the flors throughout the house polished to floor boards except the kitchen and bathroom which need tiling. Every room needs more electrical sockets and blinds fitted. Can you give me a price and a timescale as I'm on a very short time scale to get it done.
