I have a private drain running alongside of my house where I intend to build - no room to move drain anywhere - Is this work still possible?
CITY: SHEFFIELD Extension for new front door, hallway and stairs. Several internal walls rearranged. Chimney breast removal. Kitchen and WC fitted. Planning permission received and plans available for quotes.
CITY: SHEFFIELD Currently we have a large conservatory on the right side of the house. We have plans and planning permission to take down the conservatory and build a 2 storey extension. However, we are looking for quotes for the following:
1. Take down conservatory and build 2 storey extension (as current plans)
2. Take down conservatory and build a single storey extension
3. Replace conservatory roof with a normal tiled roof.
Currently the conservatory is either too hot or too cold...and it leaks. Therefore we HAVE to do something...on a certain budget.

Sitting Room extension entry to traditional stair to Attic and to Back Garden. Annex extension from Kitchen to walkway path (side of Bungalow) as Utility Room. Paving from Front Drive and part front Garden to side of house to new Annex. Paving around new back garden extension. Complete to finished home (decor, heating, joinery, sanitary ware etc). Large garage gives through access to back garden for JCBs and other machinery.
