CITY: SHEFFIELD Break up existing concrete drive and remove.Remove sub soil to a suitable depth and lay foundation.Block pave the area.The only services involved is a cold water supply to the house which should not need to be disturbed.The area is aprox 17m x 6m.I will want some type of pattern as the area is a bit to large to be plain.
CITY: SHEFFIELD I would like the front garden wall and path replaced at my property. This will include:

1, Removal of old wall
2, Building of new brick wall and pilar for front gate
3, Supply, fitting and painting of picket fence for top of wall and wooden gate
4, Removal of old front path and concrete in front of house
5, Laying new tiled path to front door (black and white tiles)

 
CITY: SHEFFIELD The driveway to my property is currently concreted but is a bit of an eyesore after some drain work.
It is 3 cars long (approx 15m) and 'L' shaped at the top left by the front door (approx 5m wide at this point).
I would like the top end to accommodate 2 cars side-by-side, therefore, the left side of the drive becoming a gradual 'S' shape from the gate to the front door, utilising some of the garden.
I would consider block paving, tarmac or even re-concreting but the finished job would need to do justice to the look of the yellow-bricked Victorian property and, of course, be load-bearing enough for vehicles.
I estimate the total surface area to be approx 55 sq.m.
