ESTIMATES WE HAVE GIVEN
CITY: SHEFFIELD Late victorian 2 storey house. The chimney stack (on the right hand side of the house, approx 1-2 feet high)) is leaning into the prevailing wind. All chimney breast are intact and there are no cracks in the brickwork etc, so we believe its just differential movement from the mortar over time. We'd like a quote on how much it would cost to rebuild the exposed chimney stack and possibly install a stainless steel flue liner. The house is detached so the chimney stack is easily accessible.

CITY: SHEFFIELD We have a brick pillar about 12 inches square by about 4 feet tall (4 bricks per row - 9 rows high) at the end of our drive . A vehicle has run into it and knocked it over from row 2 upwards. It has damaged a drive paving flag.
We need the pillar raising up and securing again, and the flag replacing if possible.

CITY: SHEFFIELD Large 4 storey Victorian terrace house needs skilled bricklayer to rebuild 2 front gate stock brick pillars - 18 inches wide and about 6ft tall. One has collapsed and the other needs taking down and realigning. The original stone crowns for the top are intact and ready to be repositioned.
