-Remove back window, and replace with opening french window
- Make good all walls, add cornicing, and redecorate (floor size approx 27*15ft)

Kitchen - size approx 20*10ft
-rip out all kitchen including wooden walls, replaster
- fit new kitchen and tile (materials to be provided)

Install approx 14 low voltage halogen lights to entire level

Upstairs
-Replace 5 windows with UPVC double glazing (approx size 4*6ft)
-Add cornicing to all rooms, skim and redecorate (3 bed approx 12*11ft each)

Bathroom
-Remove, hot water tank and replace with combi boiler in kitchen
- Reposition door in plasterboard and knock through ajacent boiler room to make larger bathroom
- Remove all existing bathroom
-install electric extractor and bath suite (including seperate shower) - anticipate some replumbing
-retile (all materials to be provided)

Outside
Repaint front and back of house
Replaster/waterproof side of house (approx size 35*20ft)
CITY: MANCHESTER We currently have an upstairs bathroom with access through our rear bedroom. We wish to reverse the direction of the stairs so that the bathroom will be accessible from an upstairs hallway. This work would involve re-siting of doorways, building the stairs, and the addition of a partition wall upstairs.

We are flexible with the start date, but wish the job to be complete before Christmas. Any previous experience in reversing staircases in victorian terraces would be highly sought after.

 
CITY: MANCHESTER Living room size is 18ft x 14ft, requirements include

1 Removing an existing gas fire and surround and installing a new flat screen plasma fire place. This will involve repairing the wall fit for decoration.

2 Installing a wall mounted TV Unit, which will require plug socket and wall light to be moved. The TV Unit has built in lights and which will need wiring up. Again it is likely the wall will need repairing fit for decoration.

3 Install new ceiling light and picture light.
