CITY: LIVERPOOL Cost required for installing a new UPVC window upstairs to allow us to enlarge a bedroom. No window there at present, will need bricks cutting and knocking out.
Window size is approx 117 X 115CM.
Price for supply and fit, and fit only.
CITY: LIVERPOOL I have a 3 bedroomed terraced house that needs complete renovation including:

Full rewire
Replastering throughout
New Kitchen & Bathroom
New doors throughout
New floors in most rooms
New bay window
Central heating (none fitted at the moment)
Possible roof repairs
Damp course repairs

In addition the house has some subsidence at the rear - I have a structural engineer's report for this and the problem does not require underpinning, the wall needs suring up. Ideally I would like 1 builder/contractor to manage all work but am willing to look at quotes from all interested specialist tradesmen.
This house is very large upstairs as it overhangs a shared walkway, but the downstairs is a typical 3 bed terraced size and layout - 2 receptions and a small kitchen. We are also interested in changing the layout of the upstairs to 4 bedrooms as the house presently has a 15 foot bathroom!

CITY: LIVERPOOL Replacing a broken cord to a sash window, repairing original/vintage door.

Sash Window - Sash cord is broken and the stop bead has been disturbed at sometime. The stop bead has a bow in timber with gap between the bead and box frame - the window should be overhauled, the broken sash cords replaced and the stop bead taken off and refitted to the frame. Ideally the entire window set would require a complete overhaul to ensure it is functioning as designed.

Door - Handle has come out with wood attached. We want the repair to be hidden / not visible as this is an original door of the building.

We would like an estimate as soon as possible so that work can start without delay.
