CITY: LIVERPOOL We've just had a conveyance survey for a property we are due to move into shortly. One of the non-immediate concerns was that the roof has been replaced with heavy concrete tiles. It isn't sagging at the moment but we have to look at putting in support at some point in the future. The house is semi-detached and fairly small. Is this a big expensive job?
