CITY: LIVERPOOL My insurance company requires quotes to repair kitchen ceiling after a leak fom bathroom. The ceiling was skimmed 3 years ago to cover artex. One corner has come down but I will need whole ceiling done. (Possiblity of further work covereing artex in adjacent dining area). Also water damage to bedroom wall behind wallpaper.
CITY: LIVERPOOL Through lounge and 1 bedroom.
Ceilings and walls have just been plasterboarded and will need skimming.
The job required is to tape the joints and skim celings and walls.
The lounge wall area is 44sqm and the ceiling area 21.7sqm
The bedroom wall area is 21.8sqm and the ceiling area 7.8sqm

 
CITY: LIVERPOOL We need our living room walls skimmed, the artex on the ceiling plastered over and the fireplace plastered in preparation for a fireplace being fitted.

 
CITY: LIVERPOOL I have a circa 1920 semi that is brick on the bottom half and render on the top. The Render is rather weather-beaten and has blown in places. We have been thinking about having the top pebbledashd but are open to suggestions re our best course of action.
