Lounge & Bedrooms
. Ceilings - Make good and repaint with emulsion

. Strip walls, re-paper with lining paper and paint in Almond White

Bathroom
. Remove wall between existing bathroom and toilet - to provide a larger bartroom area
. Replace bath, sink and toilet with brand new white suite
. Replace all taps with chrome taps
. Install electric shower with glass shield
. Tile around bath and shower
. Install mirror above sink
. Ceilings - Make good and repaint with emulsion
. Skirting repainted
. Repaint Skirting
. Strip walls, re-paper with lining paper and paint in Almond White
. Tile flooring throughout
. Fit 4 downlighters

Kitchen
. Replace complete kitchen with brand new cupboards below and above
. Install new integrated appliances - oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (plus extractor fan)
. Replace backsplash tiling
. Repaint Skirting
. Strip walls, re-paper with lining paper and paint in Almond White
. Tile flooring throughout
. Fit 4-6 downlighters
. Install stainless steel oven, hob and extractor fan

Back Door
. Replace with new
CITY: LIVERPOOL This is a job that could be quite big or quite small, depending on how things went. Just to get a small bit done would be good but if it went well there might be more to do.

Basically, we live in an old (1840s) house with lots of painted wood. We have painted a lot of it ourself but there is a kitchen - not v. big - with a painted wooden floor that desperately needs repainting and I don't think we're up to it. Some sanding would be necessary but not necessary removal of all the paint. This floor is small (about 85 inches square) but it extends into a l-shaped hall (100 inches long) and there is a whole staircase (two floors) as well which at the moment is all painted the same colour.

as I said, the most urgent bit is the kitchen, but it could be as big or small a job as was mutually convenient. There are also other rooms and other bits of woodwork that might need either repainting in time, or else just stripping.

We live between stepney green and limehouse and we have good parking out the front. Starting time is very flexible.

CITY: LIVERPOOL The room is approx 11' x 12' with slightly higher than average ceilings. Walls are painted plaster which are in ok but not super condition. One 11' wall has some small holes (caused by picture hooks etc)which need filling and then the whole room painting in a neutral shade. Hopefully the woodwork will not need to be glossed as well, but perhaps you could give two quotes - with and without the woodwork?
