CITY: LIVERPOOL I have a loft which I want to insulate, floor, light and create access to (loft ladder or similar). This is not a loft conversion into a living space, but a conversion into a clean and safe storage space. Reasonable size, has a couple of water tanks sitting on rafters and is dirty. Ideally would like to do the work during the first 2 weeks of September. It isn't a huge job, but one I want to have done well. At the moment we wobble on step ladders and totter on rafters! Not ideal. Need the extra storage space to be available by end September. Thanks.
