CITY: LIVERPOOL I'm soon to be moving in-to my house which is in need of a full house re-wire, My aim is to have the keys on Exchange of contracts so that the rewiring work can be carried out before we move in.

The house will be empty and I will lift all carpets up ready for work to start, The work will be done sometime in October.

I will even offer my services to chase walls, lift floorboards and to make good the walls after they have been chased...

It is a 3 bed semi-detached property of average size, I will require 3 sockets in each room, with light fitting etc(I have been told this is the norm)
