CITY: LIVERPOOL Wanted: A plumber who can supply and fit a new combi boiler in a 2 bedroom terrace house with one bathroom and eight radiators. The boiler will need to be placed in a different location to the existing one (approx. 5 meters away) and the tank in the loft and under the stairs will need to be removed. Must be competent and able to supply good references.
CITY: LIVERPOOL I need my bathroom replacing and completely refurbished, it's a small bathroom, with toilet/basic/bath. I would like a shower adding (over the bath, rather than a seperate shower), a new bathroom suite, tongue & grove on the walls and some tiling. The floor will need tiling also.
At the same time I need to replace a very old boiler with a combination boiler.
2 Radiators need to be replaced and moved. One will need to be 3 small radiators under a bay window.
I need the work doing as soon as possible.
CITY: LIVERPOOL In process of buying a two bed semi detached bungalow witch has an antiquated C H system and a wall mounted gas water heater. Require New Condensing combination boiler in kitchen, in place of old water heater and rads with TRVs in all rooms, lounge, bed 1, bed2, kitchen, (bathroom heated towel rail/rad) and central hallway. The bugalow has wooden floor boards in all rooms. Must be corgi registered and certifcate issued on completion to meet current regulations.
CITY: LIVERPOOL Fit a new central heatring system (Combi) scratch in a three bedroom detached house.
