CITY: LEICESTER My Victorian house has a concrete tiled roof which is too heavy for its supports. As a result, the roof has 'pushed out' slightly. I need the supports to be strengthened/replaced and the guttering that has been moved out of place, repaired. Work needed to be undertaken by the end of the year.

-Replace and re-bed ridge-tiles on 1955 3 bed terrace
-Replace 10 x broken tiles
-Repoint small chiney
-Replace flashing around chimney
-Remove and refit/replace fascia boards on front and back that stop first floor windows opening properly
-Refit front guttering (No down pipe required as flows thru neighbours guttering)

2.
-Fit waterproof membrane and re-tile whole roof
+All other work from above scenario

The property is 5m wide and approx 7m deep, with small bay roof above lounge window, which doesn't need repairing but would be replaced along with main roof.
