CITY: LEICESTER I am looking for someone to repaint all doors and skirting inside the house as well as stripping and and re-oiling Oak panels in the bathroom.

All exterior woodwork is also in Oak and needs complete sanding down to light wood and retreating and varinishing. 8 double windows 4 singles, 3 doors plus 1 pair double half garage doors.

My neighbour carried out the same task 2 years ago. Exterior would work took 1 week to sand and another to retreat and varnish.
CITY: LEICESTER I need the outside front of our house repainted. It is a late Victorian 2-storey house, about 18 foot frontage. The front is pebble-dashed, the window frames are white and black, I want the colour to be white.

 
CITY: LEICESTER I would like 3 quotes for stripping, skimming and painting a room approx 4m x 5.8m (into bay window).
a) Just skimming.
b) Stipping (woodchip wallpaper) and skimming.
c) Stripping, skimming and painting.

One wall has been mostly stripped already. The job will include the ceiling which is approx 3.1m. The room has a large bay window and there are skirting boards and a fireplace, which may need removing and replacing. We will provide paint.

The start date is flexible.
