ESTIMATES WE HAVE GIVEN

CITY: LEICESTER I am looking for someone near who can supply and fit a staircase where at the moment is only a ladder. i may also then require the loft to be converted but would like to have the stairs put in first and am having real trouble finding anyone interested in such a small job - can anyone help or suggest a builder in that area who might be able to put in staircase please? i had to put in a proposed start date, but in reality could be very flexible - ie before if suited.necessary planning has been granted

CITY: LEICESTER I have a window that faces out of my living room of my loft conversion flat. The window is a dorma style window that has a window ledge outside. The space below(in the eaves) the window sill is hollow. I am wanting to remove the window ledge, and install doors instead of the current windows, creating a balcony. This will include removing some of the roof.

CITY: LEICESTER This is actually for a Garage conversion. No construction work required. I have all Building Notice from Council etc so am ready for job to be started a.s.a.p. Bricking up front of garage and insertion of window (i have window already) raising and levelling floor, all to be insulated and damp proofed, plaster boarded and plastered, ceiling plastered, lights to be put in and electric points. French doors to be put at the rear of garage (I have these already too). I had a buider and he was ready to start the job last week, however when the inspector came out and met with him and I found out he wasn't going to dig foundations for the new wall/window I was pretty concerned and took him off the job. I really need a good, reliable builder who will ensure the job is done completely to regulations and that the conversion has a quality finish. I also need it done a.s.a.p. Builder to provide all other materials, other than window and french doors as stated above.
