CITY: LEICESTER Create shower on-suite off main bedroom. Fit 8 new doors. Remove door and frame, brick up plaster and make good. Knock through new doorway and fit new door and frame. Remove 2 gas fires and make good plaster. Fit 2 double glaze windows to bathroom and small bedroom. Plaster bathroom, tile floor and half walls and refit bathroom suite. Remove bannister and stair rail and fit new. Plaster walls in pantry and fit floor to ceiling shelving in same.
