ESTIMATES WE HAVE GIVEN

CITY: LEEDS A full bathroom refurbishment: replace the bathroom suite (bath with shower head, sink, toilet), moving the positions of the bath and toilet, tiling on floor (currently wood) and walls, adding a heated towel rail. I would also like to replace backboiler with a combi, moving the boiler and hot watertank from their current positions, and increase water pressure (possibly with a pump).

CITY: LEEDS Removal/disposal of current bathroom (approx 9x9)which comprises of:
-bath
-built in shower
-toilet
-sink
-water tank (in a built in cupboard)
-laminate floor
-ceiling spot lights
-wall tiles - floor to half height

Removal/disposal of downstairs cloakroom which comprises of:
-toilet
-corner sink
-laminate floor
-wood paneling on walls & ceiling

Intallation of new combination boiler in downstairs kitchen + all pumbing for new bathrrom

Installation of new bathroom, comprising of:
-double ended bath (same location as current)
-toilet with hidden cistern (same loaction as current)
-free standing glass shower enclosure (where water tank is currently located)
-sink (where shower is currently located)
-towel rail
-floor tiles
-wall tiles (floor to ceiling)
-new lighting (probably require new ceiling)
-bathroom door to be altered so it opens inwards (currently opens out)

Istallation of new downstairs cloakroom including:
-corner sink
-toilet
-floor tiles
-wall tiles (floor to half height)
-replaster walls
-fit small window (currentl bricked up)
