ESTIMATES WE HAVE GIVEN
CITY: LEEDS We have a small galley kitchen that we need to re fit with a new IKEA kitchen (we have everything waiting to be ordered from IKEA). We are planning to rip out the old kitchen ourselves and the work that then needs doing is fitting all the new cabinets and appliances. No change of gas/water points. Re tiling and new flooring plus new splashbacks and kitchen surface. We would like the work to be done as soon as possible.
CITY: LEEDS Kitchen about 3 m x 3 m needs the following ASAP:
- remove old kitchen (incl. worksurfaces and 1 tiled wall)
- skim or plaster old walls (if necessary)
- installation of new kitchen with appliances (hob/hood/ oven/sink/tab)
The job needs to be done over 2 weekends, as the floor will need to go down between the skimming/plastering and the installation.

CITY: LEEDS Kitchen - Remove all existing units and replace with new units. Again, floor and part of the walls to be tiled. No plumbing is required, but will need minor electrical work. change 1 single socket to double and move a double socket from above the work surface to below.

The propose date is not cricital. The flat is empty. I'm flexible with start and finish dates.
