CITY: LEEDS 50% commercial grant,have very little time left to get this grant have been unlucky with builders that have parted with partners or been overloaded with work but still taken on my job then canceled on me. I need total gut of basement and ground floor, I have taken walls down and basement it is easy to clear to make ready though, needs lintels for my french doors and window to be put in,dpc,new floor and skim walls, total ground floor wants replacing, so does first floor floor but i want the existing boards put back on first floor.
CITY: LEEDS Convert a 4m x 4m basement which is damp to an office room with carpeted floor. There are some water pipes around the ceiling which should be raised by a few inches to give more headroom. There is currently one main light fitting and we'd like to change this to downlighters.
