We did have a range cooker before but it was plugged into a normal electric socket so therefore need the correct electric cable/socket wired up. It seems the current fuse box does not have room for another circuit so may need new box. Also the current fuse box is not earthed so will need this to be sorted aswell. The cooker is sited about 5 metres from fuse box.

Install new 12 way split load consumer unit & test existing outgoing circuits.
Earth Bonding
Upgrade all earth bonding to incoming gas & water services.
Carry out supplementary bonding in airing cupboard to cover bathroom.
Electrical Cupboard
Install new twin metal clad socket outlet adjacent to consumer unit.
Wire a new supply for a wall mounted porch light. Light supplied by customer.
Outbuilding/Shed
Install new twin metal clad socket outlet.
Liv. Room
Install new twin socket outlet.
Entrance Hallway
Install new twin socket outlet.
Bedroom One
Install 2 x new twin sockets outlet.
Landing Cupboard
Install 2 x L.V adjustable white downlights to be controlled by a door switch.
Loft
Install 1 x 5ft fluorescent fitting to be controlled by a metal clad switch adjacent to loft hatch.

Please note this is a 1970s built house.

 
CITY: LEEDS Please quote for the basic cost of rewiring a small 1955 3 bed terrace. Property has electric shower and electric supply to garage.

As part of this I would also like to change the lighting in kitchen and bathroom to recessed lighting.
