CITY: GLASGOW I live in a terraced house. I would like the outside rendering/pebbledashing (whatever the term is). The house is approx 4m wide at the front and tepers in to about 2.5m at the back.
CITY: GLASGOW To dryline a coal cellar measuring approx 9m x 1.5m x 1.8m high to three sides plus plasterboard the ceiling area to accommodate recessed downlighters.

One wall in particular has got numerous pipes present, which will require cutting around.

Once completed, skim all the surfaces.
CITY: GLASGOW At the moment the door to the cupboard under my stairs opens into the kitchen. I would like this door removed and the opening plasterboarded over. A new doorway then needs to be made into my dining room and a door (which I already have) fitted.

By the location of the new doorway the floor joists are a bit spongy - I suspect they have rotted through due to poor air circulation. If you advised that it made sense to fix this at the same time then I would like that included in the quote too.
CITY: GLASGOW I have a room that needs replastering. The room is aprox 4m by 3m with two windows along one of the long sides, and fitted wardrobes which are to stay, reducing the wall area to be worked on!

The plaster on the walls is old and 'live' in several places. I think it would be best if this could be chipped off and then the walls replastered.

The ceiling is similarly old however I think the best thing to do would be to batton and board the ceiling and then skim as this saves bringing down the old artex ceiling which is a very mucky job!
