CITY: GLASGOW I am thinking of putting an offer in on a flat, and would like to know how much it will cost to rewire the property. It is a one bedroom 1st floor flat in a 1930/50s semi-detached house. The flat has access to a loft room, which has had wiring to provide light. In the kitchen there is a set of old switches that do not seem to correspond to any applicances. The swithces for all lights seem to be old, rather than new fititngs, and would like the quote to cover new fittings also.
