This quote is to establish a price for a house I wish to buy. If I decide to go for the house and am successful I will require the work to be done asap.

CITY: EDINBURGH I would like help with designing and planning a kitchen extension (about 1.5m into back garden) with a shower room & toilet built onto one side at the end of the extension. I would like double doors out onto the garden and all kitchen units to be fully fitted, including cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine etc. I will need a new floor and roof lights. I want the complete design and build package (including planning permission etc) and would like the work to be completed before the winter sets in properly!
