CITY: EDINBURGH I have just bought a flat with my friend and we are two girls who are hopeless with handyman work. Please would you send me a quote as we will need a handy man for 2-3 hours to help assemble my wrought iron double bed. Drill hooks for coats into the doors and on the wall. Help hang curtains in 2 or 3 bedrooms and maybe one or two other minor things? Please would you let me know what something like this might cost on a wkend and during the week and what time is the latest you could send someone out to us in the evening possibly as we both work.
CITY: EDINBURGH We require a small amount of brickwork repairing at our flat. There is around 2 metres length of cement covering some brickwork that requires renewing. There is also an area of cracked cement above an external doorway which needs replacing and a small amount of repointing work on the brickwork above the same doorway (just 5 or 6 vertical bricks). All this is accesible without ladders via a roof terrace.
CITY: EDINBURGH Basically, the tiles on the shower section of my wet room are coming up and so they need to be re-tiled - the area is approx just over 6ft by 2 ft - about two large tiles wide and about 6 long.  I would also be looking at tiling sections of my shower wall to about 5ft.  Therefore I need about a days work but this could be worked out upon the tiler reviewing.

(1) replace bathroom taps (one is broken) with a new set (that has already been purchased).
(2) fix a (badly) leaking shower.
(3) fix a (slightly) leaking shower.

My guess is that it would only take less than 2 hours - but I suspect you are more likely to have an idea of this than me.
