CITY: EDINBURGH I would like to have my baxi back boiler taken off and replaced by a combi boiler.
The back boiler is on the back of the chimney on the ground floor: this needs been taken off.
Then, the hot water tank is on the first floor, in a cupboards: this needs be taken off and replaced by the new boiler.
Finally, there is a buffer tank on the loft: this needs to be taken out.
CITY: EDINBURGH Bolier has broken down. Had engineer out who says it is the Heating Exchange Diverter that needs replacing, then wanted to charge a crazy price to carry out work. Boiler is only 3 years old.
Need quotation for someone to give second opinion and if needed, to supply and fit this part.
Please quote for whole job assuming that the Heating Exchange Diverter does need replacing. Include all Parts and Labour.
Bolier is a Chaffoteaux & Maury (Brittony) approx 3 years old.
CITY: EDINBURGH Plumbing in of gas hob required in kitchen. Existing pipe is immediately behind hob and attached to the wall with a stop valve. Small amount of pipe routing required from wall to hob.
