CITY: COVENTRY Paint all wood work on the out side of house back and front. Re-groute windows that need refilling.
CITY: COVENTRY I need my 1 bedroom Victorian conversion flat painted, including the walls, ceilings, skirting boards, built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, built-in alcove storage in the living room, the open plan kitchen, bathroom, the hallway, and the doors. The ceilings are standard height.

The bedroom is 12'4'' x 11'2" and has floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe covering one of the walls. There is one window.

The living room (incl. open plan kitchen) is 19'6'' x 11'10" and has one window and double French doors opening to a balcony.

The whole flat is 465 sq ft. It has been totally refurbished in 2005. It is currently painted white throughout, only has few minor cracks in the built-in alcove storage in the living room, and is in decent condition except for some smudges.

I would like base coat and 1 or 2 coats of easy clean washable paint. I will provide the paint and the tools (based on discussions of what you need). Property will be empty.
CITY: COVENTRY I need someone to work during 9-5 weekly hours to do the following for a room- 3m x4m.

Strip back 4 walls, part of ceiling and beams
(protecting flooring at all times)
Plaster room
Bond ceiling and beam and plaster, using angle beam
reboard, scrim etc hallway ceiling
Paint or otherwise redecorate room
CITY: COVENTRY Looking for someone who is good at redecorating internal woodwork to quote on the following:
Victorian 2 bed flat.
Doors are smooth and good.
Dado rails are smooth and good.
about half the woodwork around doors,window sills and skirting needs stripping/filling and sanding-not too perfect to retain charachter. The remainder only sanded. Wood is generally in good condition however some chips & knobbles here and there. Also to remove small flecks of old paint from around edges of glass above doors and on brass door handles.
