CITY: COVENTRY Extending a 3 bedroom semi with double story side extension and single story back extension. Groundfloor lay out to be completely altered: internal walls brought down, moving of stairs, moving and replacing kitchen.
Aim is a 5 bedroom semi with open plan kitchen/living area and downstairs toilet and storage room.
CITY: COVENTRY looking for a 2 storey extensioon to a victorian house. Approx dims are 28ft deep x 20ft wide with possible attic room. Attic to include en-suite facility.
In addition looking for single storey extension approx 12 deep and 30ft wide. This extension to be mainly glazed with French doors into garden.
Roofing to be tiled.
Materials either timber frane or block construcion with aged effect brick work to match Victorian main house.
All windows and doors to be timber framed.
