CITY: COVENTRY I require a handyman to replace a ventilator with a window in a conservatory and also put plaster board on one side to cover the brick wall(pls note that there is a radiator on the wall).

(1) The waste pipe on my kitchen sink has a problem with the trap which then leads to smells. Apparently I need an anti-syphon trap fitted, plus probably an extension to the trap.
(2) The water inlet and outlet pipes the dishwasher and washing machine are connected to don't look very good. I want to have then replaced/upgraded.
(3) I have a smell in the bathroom which I suspect is caused by a trap problem. This needs to be investigated.
CITY: COVENTRY My daughter has recently moved into a flat . She has removed all the carpets and has restored the original floorboards--this has exposed a small area of Victorian floor tiling  at the entrance to her flat. It is damaged and has missing tiles--she doesn't want to remove it so would like it to be repaired and restored. She also wants some tiles put down in her bedroom on an old hearth which is unsightly since the carpets have been removed. Is this the kind of job you do? I look forward to hearing from you.
