Few roof tiles coming off above loft converstion

Would like a quote for labour for kitchen and bathroom and ensuite.
Also a quote for rewire.
Looking for someone to ideally take on the whole job from start to finish.
CITY: COVENTRY We need to install surface mounted spots down a corridor (three positions extended from on), to provide a light to an inner lobby and to provide a light and sockets into an under-stairs cupboard where the fuse box is located.
CITY: COVENTRY I require a full house rewire in order to bring it up to standard. I am looking to rent it out.
It will probably require a new RCB box.
I would like there to be 3 double sockets in everyroom except the bathroom so that will be 22 in all.
I need a new light ringmain putting in and standard lights putting in throughout the house as some are currently florensence lights.
There is also a cellar in the house that requires some lighting and a socket installing. That is included in the 22 above.
I would also like a cooker circuit putting in.
I would like the work done quickly but there are no fixed time restraints on this.
CITY: COVENTRY 300 yr old grade II listed cottage requires new power points fitted in living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms. New fuse box needs fitting to replace / move existing one. All redecoration will be completed by ourselves.
