CITY: CARDIFF I am looking for someone to fit a new roof. The property in question still has its original roof and has been patched a couple of times. I understand that it doesn't have any felt under the tiles or 'underlay'.
The property is a standard 2 double bed end terrace in Leigh.

I appreciate that a quote will be difficult without the measurements - but as i have no idea of the likely cost I thought I would ask for a few estimates.

The roof is dry for now, and i would be happy to wait until summer/off-season to have the new roof done.
CITY: CARDIFF Quote required for repair of flat single garage roof and complete replacement of guttering and soffitts.
CITY: CARDIFF My roof requires general maintenance. There is a small build up of moss, two or three tiles are broken and needs replacing (concrete tiles, I believe), general re-pointing and cleaning/re-alligning of the gutters.
My house is a detached "town house" with garage underneath, and two storeys on top, so access to the roof from the front of the house has to be via a tall ladder or scaffolding. Access to the roof from the back of the house is easier as the garden is one a slope and therefore starts at the first floor (so only two storeys at the back).
I am not in a rush to have this done, but think its probably best to have it completed before the winter.
CITY: CARDIFF I have a loft conversion and have noticed damp patched on the wall below where the roof meets the chimney stack. I am assuming this is down to the flashing. From what I can see the lead flashing appears intact so probably just needs checking and resealing. If possible, I would like a ballpark quote for repair.
