CITY: CARDIFF 1.knock down existing lean to and outside toilet - NB roof of lean to is asbestos
2.knock door from kitchen through back wall to allow entry to proposed conservatory
4.build conservatory where existing lean to stands - approx 10/12 square metres
5.possibly move existing manhole / soil pipes
6.refit new kitchen - 10 square metres
7.refit new bathroom - encloseed shower, freestanding bath, wash basin and toilet in existing positions

We are keen to have this done asap as we have discovered dry rot in the outside toilet and lean to - the treatment of this will inevitably cause disruption in kitchen and bathroom as they are adjacent to outbreak - this will be treated by specialist company.Realistically Jan would be good but sooner would be ideal.
CITY: CARDIFF Kitchen measures 3920 mm by 4350 mm. Need to install 14 base units including integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer and ceramic hob,oven and hood.So need the associated plumbing and electrics. Possibly need a new cooker point installed for the hob and oven. Full plan available.
Also need ceiling replastered, floor tiled and some tiling to wall behind ceramic hob.
CITY: CARDIFF Requirement is to fit a L-shaped kitchen with the following: 4 base units, 3 wall units, integrated washing machine, built under double oven, induction hob, backspash, extractor, sink, worktop and the usual trimmings! Some electrical and plumbing work required. Flexible with timings.
CITY: CARDIFF We have a victorian terrace and are interested in a side return extension & associated kitchen refit. We would like one firm to provide the whole job including planning, building and fitting works. We would be interested in starting the job early next year but would like to start to collect quotes and references now.
