CITY: CARDIFF We need to convert an existing brick built attached garage with flat roof into a bedroom. An entrance door will need to be knocked through from main house. Ideally we would also like to install shower and wash facilities.

CITY: CARDIFF Detailed investigation of all wood in this house for wood boring insect infestation. Lowering of rear external ground levels to improve sub floor ventilation.
Provide additional insulation in roof space. Repair roof where hip tiles are eroding and replace slipped tiles. Brickwork is in need of some repointing. Replastering of bedrooms hall way and lounge. Carpets on the stairs needed. Chimney breats in front of house on both levels have been removed so support need of masonary. Electrics all need checking and possibly updating. Heating and plumbing also need checks and new combi boiler put in place. Removal of hot water boiler cylinder in one of the bed rooms.
