Upstairs to be an extension of 2 existing bedrooms, downstairs to be space for a kitchen diner. No external doors, 2 windows at front, 2 at rear. Match up existing 18th century bricks and style.
CITY: CARDIFF We need a single story rear extension building. The size is approx 6m x 4m and will be standard block work with rendering.

There is limited steel work involved.

There may also be a bolt on of including a downstairs toilet, utility room and fitting a kitchen, dependent on build cost.
CITY: CARDIFF New ground floor ridge roofed extension comprising of 1 x bedroom, bathroom (including new underground drainage) & entrance lobby.
Other work required to existing structure entails removal of non load bearing internal wall & chimney breast extend existing flat roofed kitchen. Re-plum, re-wire & fitting a new gas central heating system.
CITY: CARDIFF We are about to buy a 3 bedroom semi, and would like a quote to extend to the side. There is currently a garage to the side of the property, which we want to convert to a family room, a wc and extend the kitchen. On the second floor we want to increase the box room into an L-shaped room, and add a 4th bedroom.
We would like to know an estimated cost for the job before we complete on the house.
