CITY: BRISTOL Fit a radiator in the downstairs loo. I already have the radiator.

The radiator needs to be hung, a thermostat attached, and pipes run through the wall into the adjacent garage where they can be attached to the existing heating system. The heating system is a 2 year old megaflow heater with 2 heating circuits and a separate flow for the radiators in the updatirs bathrooms.

The work should preferably be completed before it gets too cold!
CITY: BRISTOL The Toilet is cracked so needs replacing, we're buying a suitable toilet to replace but would need a plumber to fit it.

The board underneath appears rotten where screws go into the wood so toilet may need moving a fraction or two.
CITY: BRISTOL I would like a mixer shower fitted to the wall above my bath, a shower door fitted to the bath and the area re-tiled afterwards. No electrics or pumps need to be fitted, as the current pressure is sufficient.
I have a combi boiler and the dial reads 2.0 bar of pressure.

I will supply the tiles, mixer shower and shower door. Please can you get in touch with me via email on an estimated labour cost for this job.
