Currently I have a loft ladder for access to the loft there is already some loft flooring put down in the middle of the loft, the main job I require is moving/widening of the supporting roof beams and repositioning them in order to create more open plan space in the middle of the loft.
CITY: BRISTOL I have a drawing approved and stamped by calderdale planning,granting permission to convert the back of my dormer bungalow to a bedroom with en-suite facilities. I am looking for a quote to take the work to the first fix stage or the complete job, whichever suits. A good price is vital as we have a budget to work to.The Dormer would be more or less the full width of the house approx. 20 feet

steel beams to hang new floor off;
3 velux windows;
stairs to new 3rd floor;
water tanks in loft removed and system replaced with combi boiler;
approx size of new room 18ft x 14ft;
insulation regard in roof space;
all work to carried out to existing building regulations
