CITY: BRISTOL I have recently moved in to a new house this is what i need done:

I would like jobs priced seperate as i may have to do them bit by bit

- Full bathroom fit (just replace exsisting suite with new no moving)

- Replace downstairs toilet and sink no moving

- Ensuite refit but moving shower to a different wall

- Moving toilet and moving sink

- Replacement radiators not sure how many yet so price per for each would be good

I am also looking for tiler and plasterer any prices on these would also be appreciated ie sq mtr

CITY: BRISTOL About to exchange on a 4 bed house in Forest Hill and want to decide whether we need to rent before moving in so need an idea of cost and potential timing for:
replastering all walls (have posted seperate advert for rewiring as this job is essential)
replacing boiler
fitting a fairly small ikea kitchen (unusual shape but approx 3m by 2.5m)
fitting bathroom
trying to decide whether work could be started before Christmas or whether we need to wait.
House is 4 bed, edwardian, double fronted with 5 reception rooms.

CITY: BRISTOL We have a 1860s semi with a long narrow dark back (19'x 8'4 kitchen + bathroom extension at the end) there's an 18' large side patio to build into which would still leave a wide side return. We want a part glazed glass sided/roofed conservatory diner with dwarf brick walls built on to the side. This has been done in neighbouring properties. This would involve a kitchen refit and new flooring throughout the ground floor to tie in with the extension.The footage of the new build would be approx 9ft x 16ft. I am thinking of wood flooring but would consider other coverings. The garden is approx 90'- there is off street parking for 2 vehicles to the front. We have a limited budget for the kitchen refit but the building work+flooring needs experienced professionals.Id like an approximate quotation for this project and the duration.There will be several other refurb jobs in the house,including the creation of a through living room in the two smallish reception rooms by removing a supporting wall.

CITY: BRISTOL We live in a semi-detached Victorian house on Sommerville Road in St. Andrews, Bristol. We need to do quite a lot of work downstairs. At the moment we have a sitting room at the front of the house, and a kitchen/diner at the back, with a lean-to which consists of a scullery leading to a loo. There is a stone bay window at the back as well which is not in very good shape. We knocked down the central wall between what was the kitchen and dining room (bar one section) to create a large kitchen diner. Because children are growing up, we now need to create another room, so we want to rebuild the interior wall, knock down the existing lean-to and the circular bay window at the back, and build a new single-storey lean-to along the width of the house. This will create a kitchen diner on the left, and a sitting room/conservatory type room on the right. We also want to move the downstairs loo (which is currently at the end of the lean-to) to where the pantry is now, under the stairs.
