CITY: BRISTOL Kitchen extension for a small Victorian mid-terrace house.
We are looking to knock down the supporting wall between the kitchen and lean-to. The lean-to is about 3m long and 2.72m wide.
In the lean-to there is a coal shut to the basement where there is need for an extractor fan to be incorporated in the build, together with under floor heating.
We are not intending to fit a new kitchen. But might need to take it out to raise the floor to fit under floor heating, re fit the kitchen and re tile the whole area. (Vinyl floor at the moment so will want to re tile.)
Would like a glass roof and French doors fitted in the new build. Other options will be considered.
An extractor fan will need to be fitted in the kitchen; this may require the old outside toilet to be knocked down.
Potentially other work needed doing in other areas of the house.
CITY: BRISTOL Extension required - totally open underneath with bedroom above. Option to use underneath for further extension in future. Wish to use existing bedroom as en-suite.
Driveway on slight angle - width at front of house is approx 8' and at rear is approx 12'. Property is semi-detached built in 1954
CITY: BRISTOL We have a victorian terrace and are interested in a side return extension & associated kitchen refit. We would like one firm to provide the whole job including planning, building and fitting works. We would be interested in starting the job early next year but would like to start to collect quotes and references now.
CITY: BRISTOL To errect a 4 bed detached house with a shared driveway and two double garages. The site is quite flat and all the services are in place. I would like a quote and idea of time the job could be completed in. The property will be approx 1600sq. ft.
