ESTIMATES WE HAVE GIVEN
CITY: BIRMINGHAM Leaking water from water pipe has caused damage to ceiling below. Plumber has made a small 2ft hole in ceiling to detect problem pipe. This hole needs repairing/decorating as does a wall discoloured by water.
CITY: BIRMINGHAM I would like to know how much it would cost to re-paint a bathroom (most of bathroom is tiled so would consist of ceilings and half walls) and re-tile two very small walls where leaking from above bathroom as caused movement and dislodging of some tile work?
CITY: BIRMINGHAM I have a celing of 13ft 7 by 20ft 7. Small circles of plaster have come away in about 7 or so places. These need to be filled/plastered over sanded down etc and the whole celing painted white.
CITY: BIRMINGHAM Fixing up some cracks and touching up paint work and some tiling plus repainting a small kitchen ceiling
