CITY: BIRMINGHAM I have a new pine door leading to one of the bedrooms in my house that needs re-hanging. It seems that the wall in which the existing hinges are screwed to is dead wood and therefore the door does not hang correctly. I think the easiest solution would be to reverse the hang of the door so that the hinges are located on the opposite wall.

To attach skirting board in a room measuring approx 8x8 ft. There is a hole in the wall going down one side of the room so the skirting will need to be attached above this.
