  • Unit 13 is a integrated washing machine,
  • unit 11  is a integrated dishwasher
You will note that units 11 & 13 are further back then the other units in the plan this is because this area is the recess of a chimney breast. At the moment the current units in the kitchen are not in the recess and follow a L shape. There is a fixed tiled shelf in the recess which will need to be removed by your fitters. - you may need to do a site visit to check if this will be possible.
  • Unit 5 is a gas 90cm range cooker
  • unit 10 is a Integrated fridge Freezer.
  • Unit 21 houses a integrated microwave.
  • Unit 1 is the sink.

We are getting the kitchen from ikea but getting the worktop from B&Q, the worktop will be solid walnut wood which will need to be cut to size.

We will also require:
Removal of the old kitchen
Moving the sink from where it currently is ( where units 11 & 13 are on the plan)  to the new location shown as 1 on the plan.
tiling above the work top all the way round
A charcoal filter cooker hood to be fitted,
New electric points fitted
Lights fitted under the wall cabinets
as well as painting and flooring.


I'm not sure that you will be able to provide a quote without seeing the kitchen - we are in Archway so if someone is free to do a site visit this evening or on Saturday that will be perfect.
CITY: BELFAST I am buying a 2 bedroom flat. It may need rewiring. I do however want to replace the bathroom, knocking the loo and bathroom together. I also want to knock down a (Ply) wall into the kitchen , install a new kitchen (Ikea), close the present kitchen door and finally install wood floors. In addition I would like the present built in cupboards dismantled.
